PRIME has been responsible for the entire construction process for the refurbishment of this Victorian corner mews house, located between neighbouring properties on both sides and at the rear. Our company managed every phase of the project, from planning to structural works, including the installation of a new roof with dormers and the integration of new services, such as air-conditioning. The project also includes a complete basement fit out, the renovation of staircases, doors, and windows, and various internal alterations to optimize space and efficiency.
The quality of the finishes in this project is exceptional, with premium materials used throughout. PRIME also took full responsibility for all custom joinery, ensuring that every element was tailored to the highest standards of craftsmanship and luxury.
