This 26-unit, 8-story building is located in the vibrant Józsefváros district of Budapest, a dynamic area renowned for its lively social scene and its role in the Corvin-Szigony Project, the largest urban renewal initiative in Central Europe. Just a short walk from the M3 metro line, tram lines 4-6, the Budapest Medical University, Ludovika Campus, and the botanical gardens, the location offers both convenience and accessibility.
The design of Prater Utca focuses on enhancing quality living with spacious layouts, incorporating French windows, generously sized balconies, and terraces to maximize outdoor space and natural light. The aim was to create dwellings that revive nearly forgotten qualities of housing, offering a balance between the client’s desire for expansive, high-quality living spaces and the evolving character of this newly developed urban neighbourhood
