This extensive project involved the full renovation of a 5-storey Victorian house, where only the perimeter walls were preserved, and the rest of the structure was completely rebuilt. One of the standout features of the renovation was the creation of a basement spanning over 100 square meters, excavated to cover the full footprint of the house and a portion of the garden. Located on Oakley Street in the heart of Chelsea, the renovation seamlessly blends modern living standards with the house’s historic charm.
The project was completed to an exceptionally high standard of finish, successfully satisfying the very high expectations of an Italian client, with a particular emphasis on the quality of finishes and materials.
