An iconic project, which involved the conversion of a former art gallery on the prestigious Dover Street into a glamorous and contemporary restaurant, commissioned by the international catering group “IT Restaurants”.

This project represented the debut of the “IT” brand in the city of London and probably won the title of the most prestigious location in the entire chain of restaurants, after those in Milan, Ibiza, Tulum and Mykonos. The 500 square meter space is spread over two floors and includes a bar, a large restaurant, 2 private rooms, an elegant skylight, two kitchens and outdoor spaces.

The main challenge of this project was presented by respecting the budget limits imposed by the customer and a very tight deadline for the scheduled opening, which the PRIME team managed to win, fully satisfying the customer’s needs
