An iconic project involving the conversion of a former art gallery on the prestigious Dover Street into a glamorous and contemporary restaurant, commissioned by the international catering group, IT Restaurants. This project marked the debut of the IT brand in London, becoming one of the most prestigious locations in the entire restaurant chain, alongside its counterparts in Milan, Ibiza, Tulum, and Mykonos.

The 500-square-meter space spanned two floors, featuring a bar, a large dining area, two private rooms, an elegant skylight, two kitchens, and outdoor spaces.

The main challenge of this project was maintaining cost control while working within a very tight timeline for the scheduled opening. The PRIME team delivered the project on time and within budget, fully meeting the client’s expectations and overcoming the challenges presented
