An iconic project involved transforming a former art gallery on the prestigious Dover Street into a glamorous and contemporary restaurant for IT Restaurants, an international group. This marked the debut of the IT brand in London, positioning it among the most exclusive locations in the global chain, alongside its counterparts in Milan, Ibiza, Tulum, and Mykonos.

The 500-square-meter space spanned two floors and included a bar, expansive dining areas, two private rooms, an elegant skylight, two kitchens, and outdoor spaces. One of the main challenges of this project was adhering to a very tight timeline while maintaining cost control for the scheduled opening. Despite these challenges, the project was delivered on time and within budget, fully meeting the client’s high expectations and demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship throughout
