PRIME will manage the complete renovation of this single-family residence, overseeing every detail of the project. The renovation plan includes a comprehensive overhaul, beginning with the removal of existing floors and structural reinforcement through the installation of a new support system. The roof will be replaced with careful attention to light openings, while modern heating and electrical systems will be integrated. To enhance energy efficiency, photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof.
Emphasizing quality, PRIME will source high-end materials, incorporating Italian craftsmanship for the finishes of floors, coverings, and furnishings. The residence will feature a range of amenities, including a cinema room, an in-ground swimming pool area, a luxurious lounge, and a lift connecting all floors. All of this will be seamlessly integrated with state-of-the-art home automation. We will oversee the full implementation phase, with the renovation set to be completed within a 12-month timeframe
