We had the privilege of refurbishing an apartment within the prestigious Cadogan Estate, an iconic address renowned for its rich history and architectural significance. This project provided a unique opportunity to work closely with specialist craftsmen to preserve the apartment’s historical decorative features, all while adhering to strict Grade II listed requirements.
A key highlight of this refurbishment was the creative use of the apartment’s 4.2m high ceilings. We designed and constructed two mezzanine levels to create a home office and a study, adding functional space without compromising the building’s historic character.
What makes this project truly special is the seamless fusion of old and new. The careful selection and integration of both traditional and modern materials created a harmonious balance that enhanced the beauty of the space, with each element complementing the other.
