The complete refurbishment of a six-storey Grade II listed Victorian house in the heart of South Kensington. PRIME Property Group obtained the permission for work on the listed building structure and the property was refurbished in accordance with Grade II listing criteria to ensure that the heritage of the property was retained.
PRIME was instrumental in assisting the architect with the design. The internal area of the building was completely demolished, reconstructed and elevated, thanks to the collaboration of highly specialised professionals that support us in complex projects.
