The development of four captivating new London destinations for the esteemed hospitality group, SeaSons Restaurant Group, included the comprehensive refurbishment of the restaurant interiors, expertly managed throughout.

For the flagship location on Bruton Street in Mayfair, the team collaborated with the renowned architect David d’Almada from Sagrada Architecture Studio. The collaboration resulted in a stunning transformation, ensuring the SeaSons establishment on Bruton Street stood out as a remarkable culinary destination. This venue is particularly notable as it now occupies the revered space once home to the two Michelin Star Mayfair institution, The Square
