This property, ideally located just a short walk from the vibrant shops and arcades of Portobello Road and Notting Hill Tube Station, underwent a transformative refurbishment to elevate both its design and functionality. The project entailed a comprehensive strip-out of most of the existing ceilings to accommodate a sophisticated new lighting and electrical system, seamlessly integrated into the updated interior. A central partition was expertly crafted in the living room, incorporating full-height pocket doors and a striking new fireplace. To enhance the overall aesthetic, Crittall-style glazing was introduced to connect the kitchen and living room areas, providing a contemporary feel while allowing natural light to flow freely. Throughout the property, bespoke joinery was designed and implemented to create tailored storage and refined details in both the bedrooms and living spaces, ensuring every inch of the apartment was maximized for comfort and style.
