The complete refurbishment of the established Kiton boutique, located between luxury icons Louis Vuitton and Chanel, adjacent to the renowned New Bond Street shopping district. The project involved stripping the store back to its bare brick, allowing for a fresh transformation that included the implementation of an entirely new fit-out design.
In addition to the aesthetic upgrades, the project also featured a comprehensive overhaul of the mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, ensuring the space met modern standards. A new structural opening was created to introduce a private tailor’s room in the basement, further elevating the store’s offering. This sophisticated refurbishment reflects both Kiton’s legacy of luxury and the refined tastes of its clientele
