The project involves redeveloping a 5-story building in Soho, including the removal of all existing finishes, internal walls, and comprehensive fit-out, including new mechanical and electrical systems. To achieve a high-end finish, bespoke joinery and luxury complete the furniture design. The building is located on the corner of Oxford Street and Poland Street, home of the flagship location for a popular Italian food chain. The top floor hosts their UK headquarters, while the basement serves as storage and a commercial kitchen for food preparation. The ground floor is the reception area for ordering and serving, and the first and second floors are open for public seating
