The project involved the redevelopment of a five-story building in Soho, including the removal of all existing finishes and internal walls, followed by a comprehensive fit-out that included the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems. To achieve a high-end finish, bespoke joinery and luxury furniture design were incorporated throughout.
Located on the corner of Oxford Street and Poland Street, the building became the flagship location for a popular Italian food chain. The top floor houses their UK headquarters, while the basement is dedicated to storage and a commercial kitchen for food preparation. The ground floor serves as the reception area for ordering and serving, with the first and second floors offering public seating
