The complete strip-out and reconstruction of a luxury apartment in one of Paris’ most fashionable neighbourhoods. This project focused on the highest standards of craftsmanship, with a careful selection of premium materials that added immense value to the once-abandoned space. The 400-square-metre apartment boasts a stunning contrast of finest parquet and Carrara marble floors. The spacious double bathrooms are adorned with rare striped marble from floor to ceiling, used to create bespoke sinks and bathtubs. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, ensuring the apartment was meticulously restored to its rightful grandeur. This remarkable transformation was carried out by PRIME’s French sister company
