The full refurbishment and conversion of two adjacent buildings on the historic Albemarle Street in Mayfair. These two iconic properties underwent intensive structural works, including comprehensive reinforcements and modifications, to support their transformation into four modern flats, covering a total of 500 square metres. The project required careful restoration of the buildings’ original features, while introducing contemporary design elements to create functional, high-end living spaces. The result is a sophisticated balance of heritage and modernity, offering luxurious accommodation in one of London’s most prestigious locations
