Refurbishment of a generous two bedroom apartment in the prestigious Cadogan Estate. PRIME closely worked with specialist crafts to retain the historical decorative details which is all within the grade ll listed requirements, whilst also making use of the 4.2m high ceilings to create two mezzanine levels for an office and a study. The beauty of this project is watching the old and new materials working together, where one complements the other
