ANTOLINI

Antolini

2026

On going

Location: London – UK

Type of project: Commercial, Retail

Architect: Alessandro La Spada

Client: Antolini

The project consists of the fit-out and refurbishment of a warehouse, office, and showroom facility in London for Antolini, one of Italy’s leading suppliers of marble and natural stone, with a long-established international presence.

The intervention transforms an existing industrial building into a fully integrated operational and representative space, comprising approximately 750 square metres of warehouse area, complemented by approximately 180 square metres of office space and a dedicated lobby and reception area of around 80 square metres.

The layout is designed to support logistical and storage functions alongside office operations and a client-facing showroom, allowing large-format stone materials to be handled, stored, and presented within a single, cohesive environment. The project balances robust industrial requirements with carefully articulated representative spaces, reflecting the scale, materiality, and architectural presence associated with Antolini’s work.

The works included extensive enabling and demolition activities, new structural and partitioning systems, and a comprehensive fit-out across all areas.

Particular attention has been given to spatial organisation, circulation, and detailing, ensuring functional efficiency and architectural consistency throughout the facility
