The project involves the fit-out of a new restaurant at 13–14 Hanover Street, in the heart of Mayfair, for Trèsind, part of the Passion F&B group.
The restaurant is arranged over two levels and extends over approximately 350 square metres, accommodating both front-of-house and back-of-house functions within a vertically organised layout. Trèsind is an internationally recognised fine dining concept with established locations in Mumbai and Dubai. The Dubai restaurant became the first Indian restaurant in the world to be awarded three Michelin stars, a distinction that defines the scale and ambition of the London project.
The works comprise a comprehensive restaurant fit-out across both floors, including specialist finishes, kitchens and service areas, and the coordination of building services, developed to meet the operational and spatial requirements of a high-end dining environment within a central London setting
